Shipping within Germany takes 1-3 working days. Deliveries outside of Germany up to 7 working days. If the shipment status of your order has not changed after 10 days, please contact us so that we can initiate further steps.
If you want to have your package delivered to the DHL Packstation, that's no problem. Please enter the packing station (+ number) in the address line and include your personal post number in the address supplement. We ship with DHL and these options are available once your packet has been sent. Please check your shipping emails.
How much is the shipping?

All orders over 100€ receive free shipping, this is automatically adjusted at check out.*
Do you also send with express?
At the moment we cannot offer express shipping.
How can I return my order?
Please register your revocation using our online form and return it within 14 days in its original state and with a security label.
The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend insured shipping.

As soon as your package arrives, we will take care of your reimbursement as soon as possible.
Please note that the return can no longer be accepted as soon as the security labels have been removed. If the labels have already been removed, the package will be returned to the customer and the shipping will be invoiced.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Unfortunately, this is not possible for technical reasons. You can of course send the package back to us. We will refund you the amount as soon as we have received the return. You can then place a new order.
My item is defective, what should I do?
If your item arrives defective, please write us an email and send us a photo of the defect customercare@boutique-belgique.de. As soon as we have accepted your complaint request, we will send you a free return label so that you can send the defective goods to us. As soon as we have received the goods, we will take care of your complaint as soon as possible and send you the new part.
I have received the wrong item, what now?
If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service and send, so that we can process your request as quickly as possible. We will then inform you about the further course of the complaint.
I can no longer log in, what now?
If you cannot log in to your customer account or have forgotten your password, you can change your password at any time by clicking on "Forgot password".
How can I delete my customer account?
If you would like to delete your existing customer account, please send us an email with the subject "Customer account" to customercare@boutique-belgique.de .
The return and exchange of goods that maintained its original quality, factory labels, seals and original packaging can be made within 14 days after the initial delivery.
To exchange goods, the customer must return the goods to the seller in accordance with the return policy of the seller and place a new order on the website. In case of exchanging of goods, the customer pays for the delivery service and customs duties and fees for the new order and also any of the returned order if applicable.
Please note,
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
• If you paid customs fees and duties in the country of destination, then in the case of a return the destinations customs will not refund these fees, unless the destinations customers and boarder control agree otherwise.
All shipping costs within the European Union and Europe are displayed clearly at checkout along with taxes.
Our deliveries to third countries are tax free export deliveries according to the value added tax act §4 no. 1a UStG. If delivery is made to non EU countries, any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are payable by the customer not to the provider however, but rather to the local customs and tax authorities.
Before placing an order, customers are advised to make enquiries with their local customs and tax authorities.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment the goods are delivered. The costs for the return shipment as well as any related costs for importing the goods back to Germany shall be borne by the customer.
For orders that are returned to us from outside of the EU kindly note:
Any duties / Costs related to the return have to be born by you and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.

Der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands beträgt 1-3 Werktage. Lieferungen außerhalb Deutschlands bis zu 7 Werktage. Sollte sich der Sendungsstatus Deiner Bestellung nach 10 Tagen nicht verändert haben, kontaktiere uns gerne, sodass wir weitere Schritte in die Wege leiten können.
Wenn du Dein Paket an die DHL Packstation liefern lassen möchtest, ist das kein Problem. Bitte trage die Packstation (+Nummer) in die Adresszeile ein und gib deine persönliche Postnummer im Adresszusatz an. Wir versenden mit DHL.

Bitte beachte, dass die Retoure nicht mehr angenommen werden kann, sobald die Sicherheitsetiketten entfernt wurden. Sollten die Etiketten bereits entfernt worden sein, wird das Paket an den Kunden zurückgeschickt und der Versand in Rechnung gestellt.
Kann ich einen Artikel in eine andere Größe umtauschen?
Leider ist dies aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich. Du kannst das Paket selbstverständlich an uns zurückschicken. Wir erstatten dir den Betrag, sobald die Retoure bei uns angekommen ist. Danach kannst du deinen Wunschartikel in deiner Wunschgröße bestellen.

Sollte Dein Artikel defekt bei dir ankommen, schreib uns gerne eine Mail und schick uns ein Foto vom Defekt an customercare@boutique-belgique.de . Sobald wir Deine Reklamationsanfrage akzeptiert haben, schicken wir dir ein kostenloses Rücksendeetikett zu, so dass Du die defekte Ware an uns schicken kannst. Sobald die Ware bei uns angekommen ist, bearbeiten wir Deine Reklamation schnellstmöglich und schicken Dir das neue Teil zu.
Ich habe eine falschen Artikel erhalten, was nun?
Solltest Du einen falschen Artikel erhalten haben, melde dich gerne bei unserem Kundenservice und teile uns mit, um welches Produkt es sich handelt, so dass wir Deine Anfrage schnellstmöglich bearbeiten können. Wir informieren Dich dann über den weiteren Reklamationsverlauf.
